First day of Complete relaxation in Such a long time!!!

For the longest time I always had something to do. I had 3 callings at church, YW Secretary, Activities Committee, and Ward Missionary. Along with the 3 callings from Church I had a wonderful job that took a lot of my day from 8-6 sometimes later. So, between those and me being a busy little homemaker/hostest with all the dinner parties I would have with friends from church, work, or the missionaries, I never really had a whole day just to relax and do nothing at all.
Well, today I had a day just to myself. I slept in til about 10:30A.M. Then did a couple of arrends that I needed to do for the Childrens Hospital Appearance, then spent the whole day relaxing in the pool.
For those of you who don't believe I could ever have a day to mayself, here are a couple of pictures.

Congratulations!!! It is our pleasure to welcome you to the *Miss *Mrs. U.S. Beauties National Pageant Organization. We would like to welcome our 3 lovely state queens who will compete at the July 2009 National Pageant in Schaumburg Illinois.

Miss California U.S. Beauties Katie Peck
Mrs. California U.S. Beauties Shawna Greene-JAsper
Mrs. West Coast U.S. Beauties Michelle Vatcher

We will recognize their titles at our *Miss *Mrs. U.S. Beauties National Pageant Crowning Ceremony" on Saturday August 30, 2008. The location is:

Pangea Restaurant
752 West Shaw Avenue, Suite 101
Fresno, CA 93704

Time: 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

$25.00 Ticket fee includes your meal, congratulations cake, assorted rolls, ice tea or coffee, tax, gratitty and pictures with our state queens. Each guest will select a meal.

The menu selections will be as follows:

Grilled Chicken Breast Mini Wedge SaladWith crème fraiche- blue cheese dressing, apples, walnuts, garlic croutons and bacon

Philly Cheese Steak SandwichWith roasted peppers, onions, & mozzarella on ciabatta, served with French fries

Parpadelle PastaWith pan seared chicken breast, sun dried tomatoes and asparagus; tossed in a wild mushroom pesto cream sauce

Ticket fee is due no later then Friday August 22. Please make checks out to the U.S. Beauties Pageant. Please let us know how many guests will be attending by Wednesday August 20, 2008 as we will need to give the restaurant a head count.

After the crowning ceremony our state queens will have their crown and banner picture taken the crowning ceremony photographer. Please look great...daytime clothing 2 piece suit preferred. Bring make-up for coverage before your crown and banner picture.

Mrs California U.S. Beauties Shawna and Mrs. West Coast U.S. Beauties Michelle husbands will place their crown and banner on their wife's in front of family & friends.

Miss California U.S. Beauties Katie will have her crown and banner placed on her by her fiance Johnnie.

Congratulations cake will be cut by the state queens and their husbands in front of family & friends.

So, We went to Six flags for Henri's Birthday event! It was just so much fun! We stayed all day and really enjoyed each others company!
