She is just getting so big and cute! We are finally going to be able to see her more often now that she is moving back to Cali!!!!!

Easter dinner with The Missionaries!

Okay, So, we had the Missionaries over for easter dinner along with Henry and Susan and Dick and Jill. There was SO much food! And it only took me 2 hours to cook everything! YEAH!!!! I cool a Ham, Mash potatoes, Deviled Eggs, zucchini with mushrooms and Onions, and Croissants. It was all so very Yummy!

Afterwards the Missionaries gave us a wonderful Object lesson, that I thought was going to caught our house on fire! :( It was really good!

When the night was over I send the missionaries home with their easter basket that they were totally excited about, and left overs that should last them a couple of days! YEAH FOR LEFT OVERS!!!!

Susan and Henry! They are just so cute!!! They came over for Easter Dinner! And Susan helped me get the food prepped! She made a very Yummy Salad! He made Yummy Cup cakes. YEAH!!!!

Okay so We had matching outfits for easter! It was so much fun! I finally got Michael to get a PINK tie!!!!! YEAH for pink!!!

Okay other then just being another holiday to have an excuse to stuff yourself with Candy...





I mean a really lot of candy! It is one of my favorite Holidays! The meaning of the holiday is the such a great blessing. I love it!

Korean Dinner!!!

Okay, so, My friend, Nicole, taught me how to make a dish from her country. I don't know what it is called but it is super yummy and surprisingly easy to make. I made it for dinner tonight and it tasted just like hers. I was so Excited!!!

The Twins Reunite!!!!

Okay for the first time in almost 5 years, my Twin Sister, Chantel, and I are together on our Birthday! We are going to have a birthday picnic at Woodward Park at 2:00 on Saturday, April 12, 2008.

So, yesterday we had Hot Pot and then Nick took all the left overs to make us a very yummy dinner today! It was so Good! Thanks Nick!













I forgot to take pictures before we ate most of it! So, now we are fat and full!

St. Patty's day Cake!

So Here it is! Spur of the moment cake for a dinner we had with Nick and Nicole!

So, this was it! The white couple is our Bishop and His wife! Very Cute couple, no kids yet!!! The others are two very cute couples in our ward that we have been hanging out with. Our Hot pot dinner was AMAZING!!!!! There was so much food! We were so full by the time we were done. This is what I get to look forward to doing in Taiwan all the time! YEAH!!!!!

HOT POT!!!!!

So, I am hosting a "Hot Pot" dinner at my apartment for my Bishop his wife, and 2 other couples. It is going to be so much fun! For those of you that don't know what Hot Pot is... it looks just like the pictures above. The is 1 really good size pot you cook with in the middle of the table, raw food all around the pot, and all your friends. You pick out the stuff you want and put it in the pan to cook and while it is cooking you socialize. it is a BIG Chinese thing to do. We are going to have beef, chicken, shrimp, pot stickers, bok choy, and other Chinese veggies. It is going to be so Cool!!! Wish me luck!
